Jereny Rivera tells how she went from being 50 lbs overweight and lonely to finding a community in running, changing her eating habits, and becoming a super fast runner! She runs a sub 6:30 min/mile half marathon and is a Boston qualifier. She believes that if she can do it, ANYONE can do it!
